Artist Terms

Version hueloom-artist-terms-2026-09. These terms apply to anyone applying to supply work to Hueloom.io, operated by FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z). They are not the full Contributor Agreement, which is issued separately before any work is published.

What you are telling us

Everything you declare in the application is a statement we rely on. If any of it stops being true, tell us at [email protected] before you submit further work.

Rights in what you supply

You must hold, or be authorised to grant, the rights needed for Hueloom.io to host, preview, promote and license each asset you supply. If your work is produced with a generation service, that service’s own terms must permit you to license the output commercially through a third party. A plan that allows personal use only does not.

Stock-agency exclusivity

You may supply work to stock agencies. You may not supply here any work that is under an exclusive agreement with one. An exclusive is a promise that nobody else may license the work, so supplying it here means you did not have the right to grant us anything — and the agency’s claim runs against the people who licensed it from us in good faith.

Image-rights enforcement services

You may not enrol work you supply here with an image-rights enforcement service such as Pixsy, Copytrack or PicRights, directly or through an agency. These services search the open web and send demand letters — often for four figures — to whoever is using an enrolled image. The same reason applies as above: the cost lands on a customer acting in good faith, for a licence we sold them.

How your work is made

Every asset carries a declaration of how it was made, which we show to buyers before they license it. Declaring this accurately is a condition of supplying work, and an asset without it cannot be submitted for review.

What we decide

We decide which applications and which releases to accept, and we are not obliged to give reasons beyond those we record. Some answers end an application immediately, and the form tells you which before you send it. You may reapply thirty days after a decision.

What happens to your application

We keep the application and its declarations as a record, including where it was refused. You can see its status at any time while signed in, and you can withdraw it before it is decided.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in the Contributor Agreement issued before your work is published, not here. Applying does not entitle you to payment.

Changes

These terms carry a version, and your declaration records which version you agreed to. A later version does not alter what you agreed to at the time.
