Who receives a notice

Notices are received and acted on by FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), which operates Hueloom.io.

Reporting content

Rights holders may report an asset or collection that they believe infringes their work. Include your name, contact information, the affected work, the Hueloom.io URL or asset name, the reason for the claim, and a statement that the information is accurate.

Where to send a notice

Email [email protected]. Do not include sensitive identity documents unless requested through a secure support channel.

Review process

Hueloom.io may temporarily restrict a reported release, contact the artist, request evidence of rights or generation provenance, preserve relevant records, and decide whether to restore or remove the content.

What happens to a reported asset

A notice is recorded with a reference we can quote back to you. While it is reviewed we may place a hold on the reported asset: it leaves the public catalogue, cannot be newly licensed, and stops being re-delivered to people who licensed it earlier. Licences already issued remain valid and their receipts stay available. A hold is lifted if the claim is dismissed or withdrawn. Decisions are made by Hueloom.io staff; nothing is restored automatically on a timer.

The artist is told, and can answer

The artist whose asset is named is shown the basis of the claim, the work claimed and the current status, and can respond in writing. They are not given your name or contact details.

Artist responsibility

Artists must retain evidence supporting their authority to upload each file, including source records, tool terms, collaborator permissions, and any samples or third-party material used.
