Who grants this license

Licenses under this document are granted by FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), which operates Hueloom.io, acting on the authority given by the artist who supplied the work.

How this artwork was made

Every asset states how it was made, and the declaration is shown before you license it and recorded on the receipt when you do. The three answers are AI-generated, AI-assisted and Human-produced. They are three rather than a yes-or-no because your own obligations may turn on the difference: a client contract that forbids AI-generated artwork often permits AI-assisted work. Much of this catalogue is AI-generated. If your project, client or platform restricts that, read the declaration on the asset before licensing it — we show it for exactly that reason, and this license does not represent that any particular copyright subsists in an asset.

License receipt

Every permitted download creates an asset-specific receipt containing the account, plan, format, issue date, and unique token. The receipt is evidence of the project license; it does not transfer ownership of the artwork.

What you receive

Each asset is offered as an image and, where the artist supplied one, a source file — a vector, a layered original, or an archive. Some assets are published without a source file. That is the artist’s decision and it is permanent for that asset; the catalogue says which is which before you license it.

Free plan

A buyer may receive one free image license per account and asset for one named project. The full attribution text shown on the receipt, including Hueloom.io and the unique token, must appear in the project credits, description, or documentation. Source files are not available on the free plan.

Pro plan

While a Pro subscription is active, a buyer may create project licenses and download the image or, where one exists, the source file, without required attribution. Each project download still receives a receipt. Rights already granted for a named project continue under that receipt, subject to these terms.

Permitted projects

Licensed assets may be used in websites, applications, videos, games, presentations, advertising, social and editorial content, packaging, printed matter, and client work, including work you are paid for. You may modify, crop, recolour and combine assets with other material.

Print and merchandise

You may print licensed assets on physical items you sell — books, packaging, apparel, prints, print-on-demand products — where the asset is part of a larger design. You may not sell an item whose value is substantially the asset itself, such as an unmodified print, sticker or wallpaper of a single asset.

Not permitted

Do not resell or redistribute an asset on its own, offer it in another stock library or asset marketplace, include it in a template, theme or design kit that others will license, share download links or account access, claim exclusive ownership, enrol the asset with an image-rights enforcement or reverse-image claim service, or use it to train a generative model or to build a competing asset catalogue.

Restrictions that protect people

Where an asset shows a recognisable person, place, logo or trademark, no release has been obtained and this license grants nothing in respect of it. Using such an asset in advertising, endorsement, or any context implying association or approval is your responsibility to clear. Assets carrying a content label are labelled for exactly this reason.
