Information collected

Hueloom.io records account name, email address, role, authentication events, subscription status, license receipts, download-link events, uploaded catalog information, counts of asset previews recorded per asset and per day rather than per person, and operational security logs.

Why it is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver files, enforce license limits, process subscriptions, provide receipts, moderate content, prevent abuse, support customers, and operate the platform.

Service providers

Supabase supports authentication and database services, Stripe handles subscription billing, and Amazon Web Services stores private media and delivers transactional authentication email through Amazon SES.

Where information is held

Personal data is processed outside Singapore. Authentication and database records are held by Supabase, subscription and payment records by Stripe, and private media and transactional email by Amazon Web Services, whose facilities for this service are in Singapore for media storage and the United States for email delivery. Transfers are made under each provider's contractual data-protection terms.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and license evidence. Access is limited by role, private media is delivered through expiring links, and payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Hueloom.io.
