1. Who you are contracting with

Hueloom.io is operated by FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), a company incorporated in Singapore. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and your agreement is with it. Correspondence may be sent to [email protected].

2. The service

Hueloom.io provides access to a curated catalog of digital graphic assets, project license receipts, account tools, and subscription features. Availability may change as catalog items are reviewed, updated, or removed.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure. One email address may belong to only one buyer, artist, or administrator account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or used to evade download limits.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan provides the rights shown in the Asset License. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe until canceled. The price and billing interval shown at checkout control the purchase. Cancellation and invoices are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalog, automate bulk downloads, redistribute source files, interfere with security controls, impersonate others, upload content without the required rights, or use the service unlawfully.

5. Artist uploads

Artists must have the authority to upload and license every submitted file and must accurately disclose relevant authorship and AI-generation information. Hueloom.io may review, reject, archive, or remove content.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to address fraud, abuse, payment failure, security risk, infringement reports, or violations of these terms.
